This Privacy Policy applies to the “LIFENINE”

LifeNine recognizes the importance of maintaining your privacy. We value your privacy and appreciate your trust in us. This Policy describes who we are, how we collect, share and how we treat user information we collect from LifeNine and how you can exercise your privacy rights. This Privacy Policy applies to current and former visitors to our Mobile Application and to our registered members. By visiting and / or using our Mobile Application, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

LifeNine is the properties of M/s Amhansh Projects (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, for the sake of brevity), an Indian Company having its principal place of business at C-10, Desai Park, Jivraj Park, Ahmedabad – 380 051, Gujarat, India.

This Privacy Policy applies to you when you download, install, register, access and use LifeNine and when you provide the information to the Company.

YOUR USE OF LifeNine INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY.

1. Information we Collect

  • Information you provide to Company: That in the course of engaging our services, you may provide personal information about you and your contacts. Personal information is often, but not exclusively, provided to the Company when you sign up for and use the Company’s services, consult with the Company’s customer service team, send the Company any electronic mail/s, integrate with any Third Party Software, or communicate with the Company in any other way.
    That the Company shall let you know, prior to such collection, whether the information which the Company is collecting is compulsory or if it may be provided, by you, voluntarily and the consequences, if any, of not providing such information. By providing the Company such information, you agree to this information being collected, used and disclosed as described in “Terms of Service Agreement” and this privacy policy. Such information shall include:
    • Registration Information: That you shall be asked to provide and the Company collects your basic information such as, your name, gender, blood group, date of birth, electronic mail address, username, mobile number, location, country and IP address.
    • Information you Post: That we collect information you post in a public space or in a private space, as the case may be, on our Mobile Application. This can include information you provide when you use the MobileApplication and message or communicate with other registered members.
  • Demographic Information: That we may collect demographic information about you or any other information provided, by you, during your use of LifeNine. We may collect such information as a part of a survey.
  • Your Social Network: That the Company may collect information about the people and accounts you are connected to and how you interact with them across LifeNine. The Company may also collect contact information if you choose to sync or import from your device, such as contact list, which the Company shall use to help you find people you may wish to get connected.
  • Your Usage: The Company may collect information about how you use LifeNine, such as the characteristics of the registered member you view or connected to; the registered member or account you interact with; the actions you undertake; and the time, frequency and duration of your activities with LifeNine. The Company shall log when you are using LifeNine and have last used LifeNine, and what posts, profiles of the registered users you view on LifeNine.
  • Information the Company collects automatically: That we may collect information about your IP address, device IDs and the browser you are using. We may look at what site you came from, duration of time spent on LifeNine, pages accessed on LifeNine. We may also collect the information related to the type of mobile device you areusing, the version of the operating system your device is running, hardware and software versions, battery level, signal strength, available storage space. The Company may also collect information about operations and behaviors performed on your device or mouse movements which shall help the Company distinguish humans from bots.

2. Use of Information

That the Company may use the information collected through LifeNine, as the case may be, for various reasons,including:

  • Location related information: The Company may use your current location, where you live and the places you visit; whereby the Company may suggest you to get connected with a registered member / user of LifeNine.
  • To send you system alert messages: The Company may inform you about permanent or temporary changes to the Company’s services or to LifeNine or to send you account / security / compliance related notifications, such as new features, version updates, abuse warnings, and changes to this Privacy Policy, if any.
  • To utilize for the Company’s data analytical projects: This may include utilization of your personal information to enhance the Company’s services to its registered users or members. The Company may use the information to verify accounts and activity, combat harmful conduct, detect and prevent spam and other bad experiences, maintain the integrity of LifeNine and investigate suspicious activity or breaches of the Company’s Terms and Policies.
  • For marketing purpose: This may include sending you information about special promotions or offers or informing you about new features of LifeNine. This may range from the Company’s offers to the offers / products of the third party which you might interesting or fascinating.
  • To enforce compliance with “Terms of Service Agreement” and applicable Law, and to protect the rights and safety of our registered members and third parties, as well as the Company.
  • To prosecute and defend a Court, Arbitration proceeding, or any other legal proceedings.

3. Sharing of information with third-parties.

  • Sharing with Registered Users: Your network can see the information which you specifically intend to share with a respective registered user or member; which means that you can classify a selected list of information to be shared with a specific registered user while you may classify a different list of information to be shared with other registered user of LifeNine. However, Public Information like your name / username and profile picture can be seen by any of the registered user of LifeNine.
  • Sharing by Registered User: The Company advises you that you should wisely consider with whom you intend to share your information with, as your network who accessesyour information may decide to download or take screenshot of and share it with others on and off our Mobile Application, including the people outside your network.
  • Information about your active status: Registered users in your network can see signals telling them that you are active on LifeNine and when you last used LifeNine.
  • The Company may share information in compliance with law or to protect the interest of the Company: This includes sharing of information in compliance to any Court’s order or to any order issued by public authority or to any other law enforcement body; where the Company is investigating into any potential crime which might have been committed while utilizing the platform of LifeNine.
  • The Company may share information with any successor / acquirer: This includes sharing of information to its successor where the Company’s entire business or any part thereof is sold / merged to any other Company / Corporation /Institution / Entity.

4. Third-Party Sites

That if you click on any link/s to third-party websites / application / software, while accessing the Company’s Mobile Application, this Privacy Policy would not apply to any such access to those websites / application / software. You are therefore advised to read the privacy policy, of the respective website / application / software, before any such access and the Company shall not beresponsible for any damage or loss which you may encounter as a result of any such access.

5. Data Protection Rights

That you shall have the right to access, correct, update or request deletion of your personal information on LifeNine.

6. The Company’s Security

The Company undertakes appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction; taking into account the risks involved in the processing and nature of the information.

The Company requires a username and password to gain access to LifeNine. You are therefore advised to keep your username and password secure, and not to disclose it to any third party. The Company cannot see your password, as the account passwords are hashed and the Company cannot send the forgotten passwords. The Company, however, provides you with instructions to reset your password

7. Retention of Data

The Company reserves the right to retain your information where the Company has an ongoing legitimate business or legal need. However, the Company shall either delete or anonymize or securely store and isolate, without further processing, your data or information where the Company does not have any legitimatebusiness need or legal requirement to process your data or information.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

That the Company may use various technologies to collect and store information when you visit the Company’s Mobile Application and this may include cookies and similar tracking technologies. These cookies and similar tracking technologies are used to learn how you interact with the Company’s content on LifeNine, and to improve your experience when you visit the Company’s Mobile Application. The Company also uses cookies to track your geo-location in order to provide you with the best service the Company may afford. However, you may choose to reject or block all or any specific types of cookies set by virtue of your visit to LifeNine by clicking on the cookie preferences on LifeNine. You hereby accept and acknowledge that some of the functions of LifeNine may not work perfectly if you choose to reject or block the use of cookies. You hereby further agree that the Company may place those cookies which you have not rejected or blocked on your device

10. Updates to Privacy Policy

That the Company reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy. The Company, however, shall notify you of any material changes to this Policy as required by law. The Company shall post an updated version of this Privacy Policy on LifeNine. You are therefore advised to check the Company’s Mobile Application for any updates

11. Jurisdiction

That any dispute over the issue of privacy shall be subject to this Privacy Policy and the “Terms of Service Agreement”. All such disputes, arising out of this Privacy Policy, shall be governed by the laws of Republic of India and before the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts located in the city of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India
